Kathleen and Charles Palmer believe that it is never too late to make a dream come true. Their philosophy is that age doesn’t have to be an impediment to learning new things, following one’s heart, or taking a different path in life. And so, as they approach what some may consider retirement years, they began Creative Captures as a means to put their artistic and organizational skills to work!
Charles is a native Richmonder who brings his sense of tradition and values of good workmanship to the art, mechanics and business of photography.
Kathleen was born and raised on the coast in Gloucester, Massachusetts where her deep love of art and beauty had its roots. She has developed her talents as a watercolor artist and now applies her passion to the medium of photography and digital art.
They find satisfaction and gratification in working to create beautiful images for you to treasure for a lifetime.
Their small, home based business strives to bring a personal and unique approach to the art of portrait photography.
